Summer greetings

The first half of the year is soon coming to an end, and we can look back on a period with many different engagements. Swedsoft has continued to work on issues related to Swedish software development and research through various projects and networks.

At the annual meeting, two new members were elected to the board; Linda Örtlund, SKF and Patrik Sandgren, Teknikföretagen. We continue to work with our sections within the Swedsoft Expert Network concept, please register your interest to participate during 2023 by email to the secretariat. On June 20th, the Cybersecurity section met in Stockholm to continue working on securing good output in the area for our members. In August it’s time for Gathering of Software Sweden, don’t miss the chance to register!

Gathering of Software Sweden – Lifelong learning

For a few years Swedsoft has organized a workshop called Samling av mjukvarusverige (Gathering of Software Sweden). Here, we invite decision makers in Swedish software development from companies, academia, government agencies and organizations.

On August 24, we invite you to Gathering of Software Sweden with the theme Lifelong Learning at Teknikföretagen, Storgatan 5, Stockholm. The meeting will be held in Swedish. Read more

On November 15th it’s time for the twelfth Software Technology Exchange Workshop, STEWSTEW, is a yearly conference with emphasize on networking, organized by Swedsoft to create exchange between industry, academia and public sector within software development and research.
